Terms of Service
Last updated 1 July 2026. These terms apply to the Falcon Tag website and to evaluation access to the Falcon Tag platform.
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to the Falcon Tag website and any evaluation access to the Falcon Tag platform. Commercial use of the platform is additionally governed by a signed master services agreement between Falcon Tag Ltd. and the customer organisation.
2. Permitted use
Website content is provided for informational purposes for business users. Platform access granted during evaluation is limited to the named users, environments and period stated in the evaluation agreement.
3. Customer data
Operational data supplied to Falcon Tag remains the property of the customer. Falcon Tag processes it only to deliver contracted services and in accordance with the data processing terms of the applicable agreement.
4. Service availability
Availability targets, support response times and maintenance windows are defined in the service level agreement accompanying each commercial contract. No availability commitment attaches to website content or evaluation environments.
5. Intellectual property
The Falcon Tag platform, documentation, models and brand assets remain the intellectual property of Falcon Tag Ltd. No licence is granted other than the right of use set out in the applicable agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
Falcon Tag outputs support operational decision-making and do not replace the judgement of qualified operational personnel or statutory safety obligations. Liability is limited as set out in the applicable commercial agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
