Our story
Founded on a visibility gap that cost real money
Falcon Tag began in 2021 after our founders spent a winter helping a container terminal reconstruct the causes of a week of cascading delays. The data existed — in a terminal operating system, a maintenance log, a gate camera archive, a weather subscription and three spreadsheets. Nobody could see it together, and nobody could see it in time.
We built the missing layer: one platform that brings together operational data from equipment, vehicles, satellites and enterprise systems, turning fragmented information into decisions people can act on.
Today Falcon Tag works with port authorities, terminal operators and manufacturing supply chains, deploying alongside existing infrastructure rather than demanding it be replaced.

Research programme
Falcon Tags — the smart e-label project
Delivered with Numvio and a team of Brunel University London students, the programme addresses sustainability, real-time tracking, inventory accuracy, counterfeiting, security, asset utilisation, maintenance and environmental monitoring across industrial supply chains.
It combines NFC hardware with centralised management software — secure access control, real-time analytics and ERP/SCM integration — to reduce waste and support data-driven industrial practice. It is an industrial supply chain programme, not a consumer product.
