Do we need to replace our transport management system?+
No. Falcon Tag sits above your TMS and telematics platforms, reading from them through APIs or file feeds. It adds the external, satellite and sensor-derived signals those systems do not hold, and writes nothing back unless you ask it to.
How do you track consignments moved by subcontracted hauliers?+
Subcontractor visibility is built from carrier tracking APIs, EDI status messages, telematics sharing agreements and, where none exist, consignment-level device tracking. Coverage gaps are shown explicitly rather than assumed complete.
How accurate are the predictive ETAs?+
Models are trained on your historical journey data during onboarding and reported against a holdout period before go-live. Typical accuracy on established lanes is within 20 minutes on regional work and within an hour on long-haul European movements.
Can drivers be monitored without adding another device in the cab?+
In most fleets yes. Where an existing telematics unit or a driver app is already in place, Falcon Tag reads from it. Additional hardware is only proposed for trailers or assets that carry no telemetry today.
How is cold chain breach evidence handled for claims?+
Condition telemetry is stored immutably against the consignment with timestamps, sensor identity and calibration records, so the evidence pack can be exported directly for a claim or an audit.
How long does a logistics deployment take?+
