1. Who we are
Falcon Tag Ltd., Unit 12, Dock Innovation Centre, Port Road, Southampton SO14 3QN, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and for business contact data held in our customer records.
2. Data we collect
Contact details submitted through our enquiry, demo request and subscription forms; business correspondence; and standard website analytics such as pages viewed and referring source. We do not collect special category personal data through this website.
3. Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, administer commercial relationships, send requested briefings, and improve our website. Marketing communications are sent only where a legitimate business interest applies or consent has been given, and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Customer operational data
Operational data processed within the Falcon Tag platform is handled as a processor on behalf of the customer organisation, under the data processing terms of the applicable agreement. It is stored in an encrypted, tenant-isolated environment in the cloud region agreed with that customer.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share data with cloud hosting, email delivery and CRM providers acting as subprocessors under contract. A current subprocessor list is provided to customers on request. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact unless a commercial relationship exists. Customer operational data is retained for the term of the agreement and deleted or returned on termination as instructed by the customer.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
8. Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, access logging, and periodic security review of our platform and internal systems.
