Do we have to replace our terminal operating system?+

No. Falcon Tag is an intelligence layer that reads from your TOS and other systems through APIs, database replicas or message queues. It writes back only where you explicitly enable automated workflows.

How does Falcon Tag handle equipment that has no modern telemetry?+

Older equipment is instrumented with retrofit IoT sensors for vibration, temperature, current draw and position. Where instrumentation is not viable, the platform uses operational proxies from the TOS and maintenance records.

What is a realistic implementation timeline for a mid-size container terminal?+

A typical deployment runs eight to fourteen weeks: two to four weeks for data source discovery and connectivity, four to six weeks for integration and model calibration against your historical data, and the remainder for operator onboarding and parallel running.

Where is our operational data stored, and who can access it?+
