Does Falcon Tag replace our ERP or MES?+

No. Falcon Tag reads from ERP, MES and WMS systems and adds the external and sensor-derived signals they do not hold. It is an analytics and visibility layer, not a system of record.

How do you monitor suppliers who will not share data with us?+

Supplier risk scoring does not depend on supplier cooperation. It is built from shipment tracking, carrier and port performance data, satellite and weather exposure, and your own historical receipt performance for that supplier.

Can this work across multiple plants with different systems?+

Yes. Each site connects through its own integration profile, and the platform normalises the results so group operations can compare sites on consistent definitions of availability, risk and energy intensity.

What sensor hardware is required?+

Where machines already expose telemetry via OPC UA, Modbus or an existing historian, no new hardware is needed. Retrofit wireless sensors are used only for critical assets that are otherwise unmonitored.

How accurate are the disruption impact models at launch?+

Models are calibrated on twelve to twenty-four months of your historical receipt, schedule and downtime data during onboarding, and accuracy is reported openly against a holdout period before the platform is used for live decisions.

How does this support our sustainability reporting obligations?+

Energy, idle-time and logistics emissions figures are derived from primary operational data with retained lineage, so reported values can be traced to source records during assurance or audit.
